London & Dublin | September 27, 2016: GAN plc (“GAN” or the “Company”), an award-winning developer and supplier of enterprise-level B2B Internet gaming software, services and online gaming content in the United States, announces it has partnered with one of the longest-standing and largest commercial casino operators in Nevada to launch GAN’s proprietary enterprise-grade social gaming solution: Simulated Gaming™.

 

Station Casinos, LLC (“the Client”) operates nineteen (19) casino properties in Nevada and has been operational since 1976. This partnership was previously announced by GAN on August 2, 2016 without disclosing the identity of the client.

  • The Client is the second US client in Nevada and the fourth major US client secured to date with in excess of $1bn in annual revenues from land-based casino gaming.

 

  • The Client’s 19 casino properties and more than 19,000 slot machines brings GAN’s combined US clients’ above 70x casino properties and 100,000 slot machines together representing a significant proportion of the entire US land-based casino market.

 

  • GAN will bring to their highly engaged patrons the Simulated Gaming experience in early 2017 integrated into the myBoardingPass™ on-property rewards program.

 

  • Simulated Gaming delivers a host of entertainment and marketing communication tools, enabling the Client to engage their loyalty base and new players with unprecedented levels of efficiency and at reduced costs from traditional media engagement.

 

  • Simulated Gaming™ is an innovative Internet gaming service designed by GAN specifically for land-based US casinos, offering a gaming-as-entertainment experience across web and mobile together offering over 200 casino slot and table games principally derived from recognized US casino equipment manufacturers together with multiplayer games of poker, backgammon, gin rummy, poker dice, blackjack tournaments and slot tournaments.

GAN Announces Multiple Client Launches in Michigan

Irvine, California | January 22, 2021: GAN Limited (the “Company” or “GAN”) (NASDAQ: GAN), a leading full-service internet gaming software-as-a-service provider to the real money internet gaming and online sports betting industries, announced that today is the commencement date for Michigan’s internet gambling market and GAN’s three related client launches: Churchill Downs, Wynn Resorts, and FanDuel Group. Earlier this week, the Michigan Gaming Control Board approved nine Business-to-Consumer (“B2C”) operators to launch today, in time for the Super Bowl.
