GAN Partners with Chickasaw Nation to Launch Simulated Gaming™, marking GAN’s largest multi-property US client win to date
London & Dublin | August 12, 2016: GAN plc (“GAN” or the “Company”), an award-winning developer and supplier of enterprise-level B2B Internet gaming software, services and online gaming content in the United States, announces it has partnered with the Chickasaw Nation to launch a social casino experience developed on GAN’s proprietary Simulated Gaming™ platform designed specifically for US land-based casino operators.
Chickasaw Nation owns and operates 20 regional casinos properties in Oklahoma and is GAN’s largest US client win to date. Chickasaw Nation’s largest gaming property, WinStar World Casino and Resort, principally serves the Oklahoma and Texas markets together with the broader Southwestern United States region. This partnership was previously announced by GAN on April 22, 2016 without disclosing the identity of the client. The Chickasaw Nation’s identity can now be disclosed following preliminary licensing of GAN plc by the Chickasaw Nation’s Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Dermot Smurfit, CEO of GAN commented:
“Later this year we will be truly privileged to bring online the Native American tribal nation in the US operating one of the largest Native American gaming enterprises. Chickasaw Nation’s casino properties serve the Dallas and north Texas metropolitan areas ranked by Facebook among the Top10 highest-revenue cities worldwide for social casino gaming. By combining traditional casino marketing with a multi-million dollar digital marketing commitment, we believe the Chickasaw Nation will quickly secure significant market share online in the region already well served by their land-based gaming enterprise.”
Bill Lance, Secretary of Commerce, the Chickasaw Nation commented:
“GAN is a specialist B2B Internet gaming solution provider. We were particularly interested in this partnership because, unlike many casino equipment manufacturers that also operate competing social casinos online, GAN does not operate its own B2C social casino. The Simulated Gaming model integrates with our on-property rewards program and will serve as a vehicle to explore the fast-growing US social casino market. The GAN model will also introduce our brands and gaming opportunities to a nationwide audience of casino game players.”
